Tickets

  • How much are tickets?

Our ticket prices vary from show to show, and sometimes we’ll have multiple types of tickets and packages available for a show. You can see the prices of all of the available tickets for a show by clicking on the show on our site, or give us a call and we’ll let you know.

  • Do I have to buy tickets in advance?

We highly recommend that you do, since our shows do sell out on a regular basis. The only way to guarantee a seat for a show is with an advanced ticket purchase. Tickets can be purchased as soon as a show is announced, either through our website or by phone.

  • Do I have to print out my tickets?

You do not have to have your tickets printed out. You can also show them to us on your smartphone, or if you need to, you can give us your ID at the door and we can look the tickets up by your name.

  • How do I redeem the complementary passes that I was given / the gift certificate that I won / the gift card I received?

Give us a call and we can take a reservation for you. We do require a credit card number to hold any and all reservations.

  • What is the refund policy?

All of our ticket sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for tickets.

  • What if the weather is bad?

We do not offer refunds for tickets unless we cancel a show. If there are other shows for the weekend’s performer available, we may offer an exchange for one of those shows, however, we may set limitations based on the severity of the weather.

  • What happens if a show is cancelled?

If a show is cancelled for whatever reason, we will contact you to inform you of the refund orexchange procedures for that show. If the show is rescheduled we may set refund limitations. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to originally purchase the tickets.

  • What is the cancellation policy for reservation?

Reservation cancellations or reductions to the number of people in a reservation, even by one, must be made at least 48 hours prior to the day of the show. The credit card used to hold the reservation will be charged for any tickets cancelled less than 48 hours in advance that we are not able to resell.

Seating

  • Can we reserve a table for a show?

We do not take seating reservations. All seating is done on a first come, first served basis.

  • What if I have a large party coming?

If it is a group of 7 or more, we will take note of it and give the name that the tickets are under to our seaters before the show. They will make sure that your party is seated together, but where you are seated in the club would still be on a first come, first served basis, so we still recommend getting in as early as possible.

  • What if we purchased the VIP Seating tickets for the show?

If we have a VIP Seating option available for a show, we will hold you a table within our VIP Seating area until 7:00 for the early show, and 9:30 for the late show.

  • What time should I get there for a good seat?

Doors open at 5:30pm for our 7:30pm show and 9:15pm for our 9:45pm show. We can not predict what time ticket holders will start arriving, so the earlier you get here, the better your choice of seats will be.

  • Why do the doors open so early for the 7:30 show?

We start serving food and drinks (including our All You Can Eat Buffet) as soon as we open our doors at 5:30. We don’t have separate areas for dining, so the seats you get when you come in are the seats you’ll be sitting in for the show. And since our seating is done on a first come, first served basis, if you get here early for dinner, you’ll get the best seats. Parking in the area can also fill up pretty quickly, so getting here early gives you plenty of time to find parking.

And last, but certainly not least, we have a fantastic pre-show that starts as soon as we open our doors! We play funny movie clips, viral videos, and if you’re here early enough, you might catch Vinnie doing one of his famous prank phone calls live from the stage!

Shows

  • What does the two item minimum mean?

Each customer must purchase two items while here. Any items purchased on our extensive menu and drink menu count towards the minimum. Merchandise also counts!

  • How long are the shows?

Shows are usually an hour and a half to an hour and forty-five minutes.

  • Is the Stress Factory handicap accessible?

Yes we are! We have a wheelchair lift with a 500lb capacity. Give us a call and let us know your needs and we’ll make sure we get your party seated in a handicap accessible area.

  • Is there parking available?

We do not have on site parking, but we are next door to the Lower Church Street Parking Deck. There is also on street parking and several other parking decks in the surrounding area. Parking can fill up quickly, so we definitely recommend checking out the parking locations on the Area Info page and leaving yourself plenty of time to get to them.

Casual, but neat.

  • How can I perform at The Stress Factory?

We host Open Mic Nights for everyone from experienced comics to absolute beginners. If you think you’re funny, come prove it! Open Mics are usually held every Wednesday night, but double check our calendar because sometimes we have special events booked.
