If a show is cancelled, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that show. If the show is moved, postponed or rescheduled, The Stress Factory may set refund limitations. For exact instructions on any cancelled or postponed shows please contact us at 732-545-4242. If the Stress Factory issues you a refund for a ticket, it will issue a refund of the ticket's face value paid excluding delivery fees. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. If a credit card was used to make the refunded purchase, then only that actual credit card will receive the credit for the refund.
Reservation cancellations and reductions to party numbers, even by one, must be made 48 hours prior to the day of the show. Absolutely no cancellations are accepted the day of the show.
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and date/time. All ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds or exchanges after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
We do not have on-site parking but we are located next door to the Lower Church Street Deck. There is also parking on the street available, and one block away is the Ferren Deck located at 1 Penn Plaza.
All shows at The Stress Factory have a two item minimum. That means any items purchased on our extensive food and drink menus or club merchandise can be applied to the minimum per person.
Seating is general admission and handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Our cover charge is our ticket price per performance. It varies from show to show.
The Stress Factory prides itself on being an “A” list club, meaning we only get the best comedians. However, comedy is subjective if you are unfamiliar with a comedian or have certain moral issues, please check out their website or call us at the club 732-545-4242.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you with seating, but we only hold reservations and tickets until show time. After that we will let people in with out reservations and tickets.
Doors open for an 8pm show at 6pm and 10pm for a 10:30pm show. Get here early to get the best seats-First come, first sat! Before the show starts, dinner and drinks are served, as well as an awesome preshow featuring the hilarious video clips and our insulting robotic camera.
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and, of course cash. Sorry, personal checks are not accepted.
Yes. We highly recommend that you do, especially if you intend to see a Friday or Saturday night performance. Our weekend performances do sell out, and the only way to guarantee seating is with an advanced ticket purchase. Tickets may be purchased as soon as a show is announced, and are available through our website or by phone 732-545-4242.

The Stress Factory has been smoke free since the state wide ban went into effect several years ago. But you can smoke in our courtyard.

Casual but neat.
You must be 16 or older for admittance into the club. A valid ID is needed for alcohol service. And, in case you are unaware of what a valid ID consists of, we can help. A valid ID is a state-issued driver’s license or a passport. No other forms of identification will be accepted.
